Salary: $38.99 - $45.01 per hour (average $42.00 per hour depending on experience).

80% in field, 20% in office, own vehicle required.

SRI Telecom is hiring an OSP Construction Specialist to oversee field activities, ensure compliance with standards, and manage construction aspects such as planning for materials, labor, and resource allocation.

• Oversee and execute various construction duties, ensuring safe operations and compliance with standards.
• Conduct field site assessments, surveys, and post-construction reviews.
• Manage project costs, develop estimates, and monitor job expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of project details, milestones, and resource usage.
• Enforce work site safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Manage resources, support project coordination, and generate construction-related reports.
• Address customer requests, monitor crew performance, and provide guidance to technicians.
• Coordinate all phases of construction projects, including interactions with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Interact with government officials, utilities, contractors, and internal partners.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule and fulfill other assigned duties.

• Knowledge of Outside Plant Construction (fiber and coax).
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Cross‑functional team coordination skills.
• Ability to take ownership of jobs/tasks and drive to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to learn new proprietary software, download, and compare data.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week up to twice a month in personal vehicle.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, up to 40 hrs/week.
