Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience in construction related to Commercial Pools, Aquatics, Spas, Plumbing, or concrete, and/or self-perform work.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• A hands-on leadership approach.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Local market knowledge.
• A strong understanding of construction, with a willingness to learn more.

Job Skills & Abilities:

• Technical proficiency in interpreting complex construction documents and understanding contract terms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for on-site challenges.
• Proven project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Leadership qualities to inspire and guide teams.
• Industry knowledge of multifamily construction standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific applications like Procore.
