TCC Multi-Family Interiors, Inc. is the premier flooring subcontractor for new multi-family housing construction. We're known for our extensive line of products and our commitment to excellence, and we're looking for a talented Estimator/Drafter to join our growing team.

• Accurate & Timely Take-offs: Precisely completing all take-offs and revisions for bid projects, ensuring our proposals are spot-on.
• Essential Shop Drawings: Preparing detailed shop drawings and building breakouts for awarded projects, setting the stage for smooth job startups.
• Proactive Research: Staying ahead of the curve by researching and communicating changes that impact original take-offs.
• Reporting & Analysis: Submitting clear and concise reports to support project decision-making.
• Material Costing: Acquiring competitive material pricing to optimize project budgets.
• Collaborative Participation: Engaging in company meetings and training sessions to continuously grow your skills and contribute to team success.

• High School Diploma is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and experience in the construction industry are highly .
• 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry, giving you a solid foundation.
• Proficiency with essential computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel
  .
• Bonus points if you have prior experience with Measure Square, AutoCAD, Dynamics 365, Corel Draw, and Plan Swift.
• Excellent communication skills: You can fluently speak, read, and write in English.
• Strong analytical abilities: You're adept at reading and interpreting blueprints, safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Mathematical aptitude: You can confidently calculate figures such as square footage, yardage estimates, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
