About this positionThe position requires the Estimator to become proficient with all the products represented. Provide detailed estimates based on schematics, design plans, and specifications. The Estimator is responsible for all takeoffs, pricing, and the production of the final estimate to be incorporated into the final work product. Additionally, the Estimator will communicate with contractors on new and ongoing projects, coordinating to meet bid dates.
Requirements- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with flexibility to prioritize work assignments
- Ability to develop budgets and timelines
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter and good work ethic
- Knowledge in building construction or HVAC/Mechanical contracting
