- Mobility: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

The Role
You won't just be crunching numbers; you’ll be a strategic partner in the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to dissect specifications, negotiate with vendors, and deliver comprehensive bid proposals that uphold the highest standards for safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Costing: Develop detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Strategic Bidding: Prepare and present bid proposals that highlight a competitive edge to stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure favorable terms without compromising quality.
- Risk & Value Engineering: Identify potential project risks and propose cost‑saving alternatives during the pre-construction phase.
- Market Alignment: Stay current on industry trends and construction tech to keep the bidding process sharp and efficient.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sector Focus: Experience in the energy sector is highly preferred.
- Field Insight: A background in project management or field experience is encouraged—we value those who understand how estimates translate to the job site.
