Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee commercial and/or industrial construction projects in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and field teams
• Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Track project costs, approvals, and documentation
• Resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns
• Ensure quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, or civil construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
• Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• OSHA certification
• Knowledge of Houston-area permitting and construction regulations
• Experience with design-build or fast-track construction projects
