- Nationwide Projects Per Diem + Lodging - $70k/yr

LK Jordan & Associates is seeking Construction Crew Leaders for a client specializing in carport and metal construction projects nationwide. This hands‑on leadership role involves both leading and working alongside a small crew, ensuring high‑quality standards and productivity on diverse job sites. Ideal candidates are experienced construction professionals who thrive in field environments, enjoy travel, and possess strong leadership and technical skills.
Perks& Benefits
- Competitive salary: $55,000 to $70,000 per year, DOE
- $35 per diem, paid daily
- Lodging fully covered by the client
- Travel to nationwide projects across 26 states
- Opportunity for long‑term growth and advancement
- Clean MVR (non‑negotiable)
- Ability to pass a 7‑year background check with no felonies
- Proven construction experience
- Experience operating a skid steer
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide (approximately 75% travel)
- Strong work ethic and hands‑on leadership mindset
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience in the carport industry
- Foundation or roofing elevation experience
- Prior experience leading crews in a field‑based construction environment
