You will oversee daily field execution on private industrial warehouse and commercial projects, typically ranging from approximately $2M–$7M. Projects are local to the Houston market, with no standard out-of-state travel and no routine weekend work.

  • Direct access to ownership
  • Performance bonus upside
  • A practical, fast-moving construction environment
  • A stable role with a company that builds and develops its own projects
How You Will Make An Impact

  • Communicate field updates to the office through clear, consistent email and written reports.
  • Provide timely updates when trades do not show, materials are delayed, or field conditions change.
  • Enforce jobsite expectations around schedule, workmanship, cleanliness, safety, and accountability.
  • Help prevent avoidable rework, missed rough-ins, sequencing mistakes, and damage to completed work.
  • Represent the company professionally with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, tenants, and internal team members.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of construction field leadership experience.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, field employees, vendors, and daily jobsite activity.

  • Proven ability to keep trades accountable and maintain control of daily site operations.
  • Clear communication skills, including regular email updates and written field reporting.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow through without constant supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally across the Houston market.
