We’re representing a privately held industrial developer/GC with a strong footprint in the Houston market. This is a lean, high‑performing team that delivers projects from land acquisition through construction and long‑term ownership.
The company focuses on ground‑up industrial and distribution projects, primarily tilt‑wall construction, with a steady pipeline and consistent growth. This is an opportunity to join a developer‑builder environment where you’ll have full visibility and impact across the entire lifecycle of a project.
The RoleWe are seeking a construction‑focused Project Manager to join a growing team. This individual will act as a key operator, working directly with leadership and taking ownership of projects from concept through completion. This is a hybrid role (office + field) with significant autonomy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects end‑to‑end from preconstruction through closeout
- Collaborate on:
Site planning, design coordination, broker and stakeholder communication - Lead permitting efforts independently
- Coordinate with field teams and ensure successful execution
- Drive schedules, budgets, and overall project delivery
- Background with a General Contractor
- Strong experience in ground‑up industrial construction
- Proven work on tilt‑wall and/or distribution center projects
- Construction‑first mindset (not purely administrative)
- Ability to work in a lean, high‑ownership environment
- Comfortable handling permitting processes independently
- Base Depending on Experience
