As an Assistant Construction Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects remain safe, organized, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily construction operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Construction Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout project execution.
• Aiding in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration.
• Overseeing field activities to ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, permits, and project specifications.
• Monitoring project progress, preparing reports, managing documentation, and assisting with cost reporting, invoicing, and change management.
• Coordinating material deliveries, equipment, mobilization, and site logistics.
• Identifying project risks and contributing to practical solutions.
• Establishing strong client relationships to support successful project delivery from kickoff through closeout.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 3+ years of experience in construction, field engineering, or project management.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, utility, energy, T&D, oil & gas, aviation, manufacturing, or similar infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling, project controls, budgeting, and cost management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management, scheduling, or construction software is beneficial.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic construction environment.
• Willingness to travel full-time to project sites.
