What You'll Do
- Lead all crews and subcontractors to complete projects safely, on time, and on budget
- Drive jobsite safety culture: lead daily risk assessments, toolbox talks, and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate timesheets, equipment count reports, and utilization reports
- Plan all project work in advance
- Supervise, train, and ensure tasks are carried out effectively by the Foreman
- 10 years of experience in heavy civil work including MTBM, conventional tunneling, or HDD (required), OR a B.S. in a relevant field with 5+ years in microtunneling, conventional tunneling, and geotechnical work
- Experience in heavy construction: site work, roads, or environmental
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated with excellent follow-through
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with cloud‑based field apps preferred
