Project Superintendent; Corporate Interiors

Location: Houston, TX

The superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role requires a leader who can manage subcontractors, interact professionally with hospital staff, and represent the general contractor with poise and confidence.

• Lead daily field operations for healthcare construction projects.
• Manage subcontractor coordination, sequencing, and productivity.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Build strong working relationships with hospital staff, clients, design teams, and trade partners.
• Conduct daily reports, site walkthroughs, and regular OAC coordination meetings.
• Maintain project documentation including logs, inspections, and field communications.
• Support project scheduling and anticipate impacts to milestones.
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project.
• Help create a jobsite culture built on professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience with Class A corporate interior construction projects.
• Background in ground‑up commercial construction projects valued at $50M+ desired.
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
