Senior Construction Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee either one large-scale project or multiple projects based on size and complexity.
• Partner with field leadership to proactively solve challenges and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor.
• Experience in healthcare, data centers, industrial, or other complex commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Background with concrete, structural steel, tilt-wall, or PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings) is a plus.
• A proactive leader who can confidently manage projects with minimal oversight.
