Commercial Project Manager – Houston, TX
We're partnering with an established commercial general contractor in Houston that's looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. The company has built a strong reputation in the market and has a solid backlog of work throughout the Houston area.
Types of Projects- Tilt-wall commercial construction
- Manufacturing projects
- Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Tilt-wall and/or industrial project experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
- Someone who takes ownership of their projects and works well with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Consistent pipeline of work with long-term stability.
- Supportive, accessible leadership team.
