As a Construction Manager, Work Package Owner (WPO), you'll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Manager WPO Professional in Houston, TX who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

Here's what you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years of construction management experience on large industrial, Life Sciences projects preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.
• Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.
• Ability to manage scope of work from the initial Bid Phase, through Execution, turnover, and close out of the Subcontract
• Experience in monitoring project budgets to ensure project requirements are met.
• Works closely with the Subcontracts Administration team to identify bidders
• Attends any Pre-Bid, clarification and post-Bid meetings
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
