Position OverviewEOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a utility-scale solar PV project located in Texas.
The Site Manager will serve as EOSOL's primary on-site representative and liaison with the EPC contractor. This position is focused on project oversight, monitoring, auditing, reporting, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout construction activities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as EOSOL's primary representative on-site.
- Monitor EPC contractor performance against contractual obligations.
- Observe and document construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities.
- Verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Identify potential project risks, delays, or quality concerns and communicate them to project stakeholders.
- Attend construction meetings and coordinate with EPC management teams.
- Prepare daily field reports, progress updates, and executive summaries.
- Review project documentation, schedules, RFIs, and technical submittals.
- Support project turnover, punch-list tracking, and close‑out activities.
- Maintain effective communication between EOSOL, the client, and project stakeholders.
