We are currently hiring multiple Superintendents to lead electrical projects and ensure high quality. These individuals will be responsible for an assigned portion of the project including site management of field labor, pre-planning and coordination of the scope of work required to install a quality product in compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals. The right individual will emphasize a sense of urgency and innovation while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment and teamwork.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensuring safety, quality, schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction
- Reviewing project documents, plans and specifications and directing construction activities, resolving difficulties and coordinating field installations and project closings
- Instruct, implement and enforce the company safety program and site specific safety requirements with a zero tolerance to incidents
- Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, specifications and scheduling needs
- Accurately submitting daily/weekly reporting and four-week look ahead schedule
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years of supervising light industrial electrical construction projects required
- Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software
- Previous experience with project documenting and record keeping
