About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to join our team and oversee commercial construction projects from estimating through completion. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial drywall and framing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys working collaboratively with contractors, subcontractors, field personnel, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and analyze construction plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Prepare and manage estimates for commercial drywall and framing projects.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure materials are properly ordered, delivered, and stored on the jobsite.
• Maintain accurate project drawings, specifications, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and overall quality.
• Create, manage, and oversee project punch lists.
• Ensure all punch-list items and related work are completed prior to inspections.
• Identify potential project issues and communicate them promptly to the Construction Manager.
• Work closely with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members to keep projects on schedule.
• Identify potential challenges and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Travel between jobsites as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in commercial construction project management and/or estimating.
• Strong knowledge of commercial framing and drywall.
• Experience with acoustical ceilings and/or painting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Buzz Bid, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Plexxis, Plexxis Win Bid, Building Connected, and/or Procore is helpful but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel between commercial construction jobsites.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
