What You'll Be Working On:- Structural Steel Erection Projects
- Commercial & Industrial Construction
- Field Safety Audits & Inspections
- New Hire Orientation & Safety Training
- Incident Prevention & Risk Mitigation
- 3+ years of construction safety experience
- Structural steel or heavy industrial construction experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Ability to conduct jobsite inspections, safety meetings, and field coaching
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- OSHA 30 required (CHST or CSP is a plus)
- Rapidly growing contractor with a strong project backlog
