We specialize in commercial ground up construction focusing on multifamily, mixed use and hospitality high rise projects.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Plumbing Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of multifamily, mixed use and hospitality high rise projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high rise construction projects from award through completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and change orders
- Monitor project progress and address issues related to scope, cost, and schedule
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, building codes, and safety standards
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to upper management
- Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation
- Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and warranties
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with multifamily, mixed use and hospitality high rise projects
- PMP certification or similar credentials
- Master Plumbing License a plus
- OSHA 30 certification
