Compensation & Benefits
: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary, plus PTO, healthcare, and 401(k).

If you’re an up-and-coming construction professional who wants hands-on experience with commercial interiors, this could be your next step. Our client - a leading GC with a strong pipeline in Houston — is looking for an Assistant Project Manager who’s eager to learn the ropes and grow into a leadership role.

Your role will include:

• Supporting PMs with contracts, RFIs, submittals, and schedules.
• Tracking costs and making sure change orders don’t derail budgets.
• Keeping communication flowing between the office and the field.
• Learning directly from experienced PMs and Superintendents who’ve delivered some of Houston’s top interiors.

Who they’re after:

• 1–3 years of experience in construction (internships or full-time with a GC).
• A degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organisational skills - you’ll be juggling paperwork and site updates daily.
• An eagerness to grow - they’re not looking for someone to sit still in this role long term.
