Development Manager

A growing commercial real estate development firm is seeking a Development Manager to oversee the planning and execution of commercial and data center developments across the United States. This individual will play a key role in managing projects from pre-development through construction completion while partnering with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and capital partners.

• Manage all phases of commercial and data center development projects, from due diligence and entitlements through construction and project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, and municipalities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Support financial underwriting, project budgeting, and development pro formas in partnership with finance and executive leadership.
• Monitor construction progress, manage project risks, and oversee consultant and contractor performance.
• Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, and operations teams to successfully execute development initiatives across a national portfolio.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field;
  MBA strongly preferred

• 5+ years of commercial real estate development or construction management experience
  , with exposure to large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of development, design, construction, budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
