Green Key Resources is currently partnered with 3nationally recognized general contractors in the Houston area. We are actively seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee healthcare division projects, including both ground-up construction and interior fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
• Supervise subcontractors and field staff
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction
• Strong background in healthcare-related construction projects
• Proven experience with ground-up and interior fit-out projects
• Proficient in Procore construction management software
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification required
