Construction Manager/ Foreman
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Landscape Project Manager to join our c
ommercial landscaping team in Houston, Texas. This role is responsible for managing commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects from pre-construction through final completion while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to client expectations.
- Manage commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects from start to finish
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, manpower, equipment, and material coordination
- Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
- Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, specifications, and contracts
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with clients, property managers, architects, and internal operations teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards
- Manage procurement and scheduling of materials, plants, irrigation components, and hardscape products
- Prepare project updates, reports, change orders, and progress documentation
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Monitor labor productivity and project costs to maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Support estimating, project planning, and business development efforts when needed
- 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape construction or project management
- Strong knowledge of commercial landscaping, irrigation, drainage, grading, hardscape, and site development
- Experience managing multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Must Have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
