The company specializes in ground-up commercial construction across K-12, Higher Education, Religious, and Municipal projects throughout the Houston market. The RoleYou will take ownership of commercial projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
They are open to:- Experienced Project Managers with a strong commercial construction background
- Assistant Project Managers ready to take the next step into a PM position
- Commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
- Experience managing ground-up projects
- Background in K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Religious, or similar commercial construction
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Stable career history with good tenure – this is a company looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not someone who moves from job to job
- Local to the Houston market preferred
- Strong pipeline of ground-up commercial projects
