- Create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction, from design through closeout
- Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate project timelines
- Identify critical paths, key milestones, and dependencies to ensure schedules align with owner objectives
- Track progress against the baseline schedule, preparing regular reports with earned value, milestone, and variance analyses
- Identify schedule risks early, assess potential impacts, and recommend or implement mitigation strategies
- Perform “what-if” analyses and develop recovery schedules to keep projects on track amid changes or disruptions
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align and communicate schedule updates
- Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Optimize workflows and resource allocations to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines
- Document actual versus planned timelines, maintain historical schedule data, and analyze lessons learned for future improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related field, OR equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center or mission‑critical construction projects
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules for large‑scale projects, ensuring alignment with owner objectives
- Knowledge of industry standards such as PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines is preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, workflows, and dependencies, with a focus on MEP systems
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse project teams and stakeholders
