Senior Scheduler, Data Center PMO

• Create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction, from design through closeout
• Define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate project timelines
• Identify critical paths, key milestones, and dependencies to ensure schedules align with owner objectives
• Track progress against the baseline schedule, preparing regular reports with earned value, milestone, and variance analyses
• Identify schedule risks early, assess potential impacts, and recommend or implement mitigation strategies
• Perform “what-if” analyses and develop recovery schedules to keep projects on track amid changes or disruptions
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to align and communicate schedule updates
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Optimize workflows and resource allocations to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines
• Document actual versus planned timelines, maintain historical schedule data, and analyze lessons learned for future improvement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related field, OR equivalent relevant experience
• 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center or mission‑critical construction projects
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules for large‑scale projects, ensuring alignment with owner objectives
• Knowledge of industry standards such as PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines is preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, workflows, and dependencies, with a focus on MEP systems
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse project teams and stakeholders

Demonstrates expertise in project scheduling and management for data center construction, utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with owner objectives. Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities facilitate collaboration with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
