- Lead the estimating process for $200M+ complex commercial construction projects
. - Own estimates from early conceptual design through final bid, GMP, contract award, and project turnover.
- Develop detailed conceptual, schematic, design-development, GMP, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates.
- Establish overall estimating strategy, methodology, and approach for major pursuits.
- Review and interpret highly complex architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and specialty construction documents.
- Lead detailed quantity takeoffs and cost development across multiple trades.
- Develop detailed labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and general conditions pricing.
Candidates should have significant experience estimating complex, large-scale commercial construction projects.
Experience with projects of $200M+ is strongly preferred.
Relevant project experience may include:
- Hospitality & resorts
- Entertainment & sports facilities
- Municipal / public facilities
- Industrial / advanced manufacturing
- Mission-critical facilities
- Large institutional projects
- 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
- Proven experience leading estimates for $100M-$200M+ projects
