Assistant Project Manager

You’ll work side‑by‑side with seasoned PMs and field leaders on major ground‑up commercial and industrial electrical projects

You won’t just “assist” - you’ll be a key player in keeping projects moving, organized, and on track.

• Support full‑cycle electrical construction from pre‑con through closeout
• Help build and maintain budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and procurement logs
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and field teams
• Conduct site walks and help monitor safety, quality, and progress
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Track materials, equipment, and delivery schedules
• Support field supervisors and help drive alignment with project goals
• Assist with punch lists, closeout packages, and turnover documentation

You’re the type of APM who wants to grow - fast - and isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty.

• 1+ years supporting electrical scopes on ground‑up commercial or industrial projects
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project

• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and code compliance
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with field teams, clients, and stakeholders
