This summer internship is for undergraduate students pursuing construction management or a similar major.

Kent Companies works hard to understand your college courses and work experience to design an internship tailored to you. Your mentors will support you through every rotation and provide resources to ensure your success.

Our internship program follows a 12-week rotation in critical areas of the construction process. These include:

• Safety:
  Guidance from a safety professional is vital to a well-rounded career in construction
• Craft
  
  Experience:
  
  You will gain a valuable perspective on key components such as labor, materials, and processes that make up a successful construction project
• Field Leadership:
  We teach strong communication and collaboration between field and office for successful project delivery
• Project Management/Precon:
  Combining office and job site experiences will enhance your ability to manage projects effectively.

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to commute to the Kent Companies office and to area job sites for the duration of the internship
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Must be an undergraduate student pursuing construction management or a similar major
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future
