- Manage projects overseeing scheduling, budget, change orders, billing, POs, contracts, warranty requests and ensuring client satisfaction
- Partner with Drafting Contact to ensure accurate drawings, including revisions
- Manage our field technologies and control programs (Key Style, Plan Grid, QAQC, JHA, etc.) on projects
- Work with FOM and Superintendents on assigned projects
- Responsible for managing projects from handoff meeting to completion
- Promote a safe work environment for field personnel
- Complete cost/budget analysis of assigned projects
- Job production tracking to include: time, quality and material costs
- Attend job site meetings and pre-job meetings
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Assisting other team members in work production
- Approve jobs for invoicing
- Job site visits and Ensure QA/QC
- Job issue resolution
- Other tasks as may be assigned/required

1+ years of Project Coordinator or similar experience in commercial construction
SkillsEnglish speaking, bilingual preferred
Abilities/Requirements- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and more when necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read construction documents
- OSHA 30 certified
- Proven ability to self-manage and problem solve
- Proven ability to effectively interact and work with team members
5+ years of construction including commercial waterproofing experience and/or a 4-year degree in construction or relevant field of study
