Full Time Salary Range: $13.00 - $15.00 Hourly Environmental Allies LLC is hiring four full-time Construction Flaggers for an active project in Sealy, Texas 77474. These are immediate openings, with work beginning as soon as required onboarding and training are completed.

- Direct vehicles, pedestrians, and construction equipment safely through or around the work zone using approved hand signals, STOP/SLOW paddles, and radios.
- Set up, monitor, maintain, and remove cones, signs, barricades, drums, and other temporary traffic-control devices as directed.
- Follow the approved Traffic Control Plan, company safety procedures, and applicable work-zone safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with motorists, equipment operators, crew members, supervisors, and other flaggers.
- Remain alert to changing traffic, equipment, weather, and jobsite conditions.
- Report unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents, or damaged traffic-control devices promptly.
- Participate in required safety briefings and complete assigned job documentation.
- Assist with work-zone setup and breakdown as directed.
This position reports directly to a project site in Sealy, TX 77474. Reliable transportation to and from the Sealy jobsite is required.
Qualifications- Prior flagging, traffic-control, roadway construction, or civil construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Current flagger certification is preferred. Candidates without current certification must complete company-provided training and obtain the required certification before working independently.
- Dependable attendance, strong safety awareness, and reliable transportation directly to the Sealy jobsite are required.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and site-specific traffic-control plans.
- Ability to communicate clearly, remain professional, and stay alert around moving traffic and heavy equipment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, place, and remove traffic-control devices weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
