Hiring REMOTE Construction Cost Estimator - Multiple positions immediately available. You would be working directly with the business.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to understand scope, materials, and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
• Request and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Perform quantity takeoffs to calculate materials and resources needed for the project.
• Identify risks and cost variables that could impact the project budget or timeline.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine estimates and support bids and proposals.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of proven experience as a Construction Cost Estimator or in a similar role.

• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
