Project Manager - Commercial Construction

• Coordinate inspections with local authorities and third-party inspectors, ensuring all required approvals are scheduled and passed on time
• Manage material procurement — ordering, tracking deliveries, and resolving supply delays before they impact the schedule
• Coordinate equipment needs and logistics across active job sites
• Support day-to-day coordination between office staff and field crews (superintendents, foremen, subs)
• Track project schedules and flag delays or bottlenecks early
• Assist with budget tracking, monitoring costs against estimates and reporting variances
• Review and manage subcontractor scopes, schedules, and performance
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders, daily reports)
• Communicate regularly with clients/owners on project status and milestones
• Ensure jobsite work complies with plans, specs, and applicable codes
• Support permitting and regulatory coordination alongside the internal permitting team
• Participate in project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and closeout
• Help identify and resolve issues between design, procurement, and field execution
• Support estimating and pre-construction efforts on upcoming bids as needed

• Previous construction experience required
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience
• Commercial construction experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
