- 6+ Years of Experience

• 2.
  Team Management: Lead and supervise construction teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
• 3.
  Quality Control: Ensure construction activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and codes.
• 4.
  Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• 5.
  Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• 6.
  Contract Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• 7.
  Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays in project execution.
• 8.
  Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of construction activities.
• 9.
  Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process.

  Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and resolutions to senior management.
