We’re looking for amid–senior level designer to join a growing, premium brand and work closely with our Growth team and CEO.
This role is hands-on and impact-driven. You’ll designperformance marketing creativesandon-site marketing assetsthat help our brands grow—while staying visually consistent and on-brand.
What You’ll Work On:- Static and video creatives for performance marketing campaigns
- Paid media creatives across
Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Google Ads - Collaborating closely with growth and leadership to test, learn, and iterate
- Strong graphic design fundamentals with agrowth mindset
- Experience designing for performance marketing, not just brand visuals
- Comfortable working withboth static images and short-form video
- Understanding of digital channels and how creative impacts performance
- Curious, experimental, butobsessed with consistency and detail
- Someone who can takesmall, smart steps toward big ideas
You enjoy trying new things—but you care deeply about what works.
You balance creativity with discipline.
