Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to support our sales professionals as part of the Marketing team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Layout and produce Stream‑branded marketing materials—including brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, presentations, invitations, signage, and environmental graphics.
- Create client‑specific collateral that brings their story to life across print and digital assets.
- Format research‑based data into visually compelling graphics such as market reports, newsletters, infographics, charts, and tables.
- Collaborate with third‑party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production.
- Become an expert user of Stream’s marketing technology tools.
- Translate creative strategy into actionable design direction, preparing presentations and maintaining exceptional follow‑through.
- Convert commercial real‑estate concepts into effective design strategies.
- Stay ahead of design and marketing trends to generate brand awareness.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients to determine the most effective design approach for each project.
- Submit a portfolio or website for review when applying.
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Marketing.
- 4+ years of experience in a formal design environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Experience with motion graphics, video production, or editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of website development platforms and HTML is a plus.
- Excellent organization, customer service focus, and strong teamwork.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and willingness to explore new solutions.
- Drive for continuous improvement, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability.
- Strong project management skills, multitasking ability, and time‑management expertise.
- Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
