Based in Houston, TX, Frame Dance is dedicated to fostering a love for dance and the arts in the community.

We are seeking a passionate and professional Ballet Instructor to join our team in Houston, TX. This on-site role involves teaching dance classes to students of various ages and skill levels, designing and implementing lesson plans, and preparing students for performances. The Dance Instructor will also collaborate with other educators and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include providing individualized guidance to students, embodying the values of Frame Dance, and fostering a love for dance and creative expression.

• Proficiency in Dance Instruction and experience in Dance Education
• Strong skills in Teaching and the ability to inspire and guide students
• Expertise in Dance and an understanding of Music as part of dance instruction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work collaboratively with a team and engage with a diverse group of learners
• Bachelor's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working with early childhood and children under 12
• Willingness to go through Frame Dance Teacher Certification Process
