Job Description

Fluor’s Corporate Marketing team is looking for a graphic & multimedia specialist to support our proposal development and production center of excellence. In this role, you will help bring sales, marketing, functional, and corporate initiatives to life through clear, compelling design and multimedia solutions, contributing to proposals, presentations, digital content, event materials, and other high-visibility deliverables that advance Fluor’s communications, branding, and sales strategies.

The position blends creative concept development with hands‑on execution, requiring strong design judgment, technical capability, and the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders, the Corporate Marketing office manager, and the Creative & Multimedia Services functional director.

  • This is an opportunity for a creative and technically skilled graphic designer to provide their unique conceptual and innovative ideas in a visible and engaging setting.
  • Successful individuals in this role would have the ability to:
    • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when supporting sensitive, deadline-driven work.
    • Translate stakeholder needs into clear, effective, and visually compelling design solutions.
    • Collaborate with peers, management, and stakeholders to present creative concepts and recommend practical solutions.
    • Adapt designs to align with business needs, budget, client preferences, and brand requirements.
    • Apply Fluor brand standards consistently across proposals, presentations, digital content, event materials, multimedia assets, and other communications.
    • Incorporate feedback from multiple reviewers while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand integrity.
    • Manage multiple graphic design assignments simultaneously while following review and approval processes.
    • Produce, operate, and troubleshoot multimedia presentations in real time for onsite and offsite meetings or events.
    • Support the evolution of global templates, brand guidelines, and design standards.
    • Travel as needed to support presentations, events, meetings, or trade shows.
    • Follow applicable policies, procedures, global standards, and Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability policies.
  • To be considered candidates:
    • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
    • Must be flexible with schedule and work in‑office as required by a standard hybrid workplace schedule.
    • Submit an electronic or online portfolio with graphic design examples.
Basic

Job Requirements
  • Accredited four‑year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four years of work‑related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight years
    * if non‑degreed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  • Job‑related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
  • Able to handle stress, work with high energy, and work beyond normal work hours, as needed, with little to no advance notice.
  • Able to accommodate a flexible schedule; willing and able to adapt to the demands of a high‑paced corporate environment.
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time‑conscious and time‑effective manner.
  • Able to organize, expedite, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
