Video Editor at Apex Systems

Our Beauty client is seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join their dynamic team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality videos for our social media platforms, ensuring that content is engaging and aligns with our brand identity.

This will be a fully remote freelance role that will average around 10 hours per week on an ongoing basis.

• Edit raw footage into short‑form social media videos and longer videos (up to 3 minutes).
• Maintain a high‑end Vogue‑style aesthetic throughout all content.
• Collaborate via Frame.io for feedback and revisions.
• Ensure all videos meet social media best practices and support brand growth goals.
• Occasionally capture additional footage if located in NY or LA (not required).

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with Frame.io.
• Proven experience editing videos for social media platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑end editorial or luxury brand work.
• Understanding of social media trends and content strategies.
• Experience with retail brands and working with artists.
• Ability to deliver polished, visually compelling content under tight deadlines.
• Own a laptop and have access to Adobe Premiere Pro.
