Webs Edge is looking for a seasoned on-camera anchor/reporter to host an English-language daily online show we're producing at an upcoming conference in Houston, TX August 30 - September 1.
MUST BE BASED IN HOUSTON
Webs Edge produces award-winning content for some of the world's largest scientific and medical meetings around the world. Our content captures the research that is changing the world and consists of interviews with leaders in their field, views from attendees, and packages highlighting exciting groundbreaking research.

The ideal candidate for this position should be an EXPERIENCED on-camera host and interviewer (ideally with a news or features background) with strong interviewing skills and experience reading from a teleprompter. We'll provide scripts, an editorial brief, and questions for all interviews, and will require you to be on-site from approximately 8:00am-1:00pm for 3 filming days during the dates of August 30 - September 1.
Our daily rate starts at $500, and we are looking for someone based IN HOUSTON or who could work as a local. (travel and lodging accommodations are not provided)

Ideal candidate will possess:- Strong interviewing skills
- Punctual & Professional involvement with interview guests
- Ability to master technical and scientific materials
- Ability to record back to back interviews about varying topics with ease
- Ability to film in various locations throughout convention center, moving quickly from one location to another
