Using various multimedia over multiple platforms, provides content creation services for the University of Houston Athletics.

• Under the leadership and direction of external facing Department leaders, create content to execute strategic marketing and business plans designed to positively influence and generate increased engagement for and with UH Athletics.
• Work toward the goal of growing the UH Cougar brand by performing content creation duties.
• Capture, produce, edit, write and create content for gameday and digital platform productions.
• Produce video broadcasts, video content and live event streams (including working with web/package providers) for all sports, including oversight of filming and producing of segments and features for both digital and linear platforms.
• Produce engaging, and timely content as designated for digital platforms, social media, and in‑venue video boards.
• Shoot and edit content for long form, short form, promotional spots and documentaries.
• Develop and execute graphics intended to promote UH brand and story continuity.
• Develop and execute photography intended to promote UH brand and story continuity.
• Assist in maintaining an effective digital archive for UH Athletics.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for UH Athletics and UH in general in all settings and situations.
• Perform other job‑related duties as required.

MQ:
Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job‑related, 4‑year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in‑depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.

Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job‑related experience.
