As a Screen Printer at Neha T-Shirt, you’ll play a key role in bringing our customers’ designs to life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various garments.
• Preparing screens, inks, and materials for each job.
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all prints by maintaining equipment and adhering to quality standards.
• Collaborating with the team to meet production deadlines and client expectations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving printing issues as they arise.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in screen printing.
• A strong understanding of screen printing techniques, tools, and materials.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot printing issues.
• A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
