Senior Motion Designer

Remote-first opportunity for a Senior Motion Designer to create interactive motion assets in Rive and collaborate with Designers to produce engineering-ready handoff files.

• Build interactive motion assets in Rive that expand an existing visual language across an immersive digital experience.
• Work closely with Designers to keep motion and visual design aligned as a single, cohesive experience.
• Collaborate across the design process to refine interactions
  , transitions
  , and overall motion behavior
  .
• Prepare production-ready Rive files
  , including asset naming conventions and state machine documentation for engineering handoff.
• Support visual QA to help ensure motion assets are implemented as intended.

• Hands-on experience creating interactive motion assets in Rive
  .
• Strong understanding of interaction design
  , animation principles
  , and motion systems
  .
• Comfort collaborating with Designers using Figma
  .
• Experience packaging production-ready Rive work and documentation for engineering handoff
  .
• High attention to detail across interaction

  , and motion behavior
  .
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
