Deliverables

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content that reflects the spa’s clinical expertise and wellness philosophy.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure messaging aligns with the brand’s values and service offerings.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce visually compelling assets.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in wellness and aesthetics marketing.

• Proven experience managing social media for wellness, healthcare, or aesthetics brands.
• Strong understanding of content creation, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
• Ability to translate clinical and technical information into engaging, consumer-friendly content.
• Experience with visual content production, including basic photo and video editing.
• Hybrid availability in Houston; willingness to travel for on-site content creation as needed.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
