Join a leading organization as a hands-on production leader supporting a high-volume, fast-moving content studio. You will guide an agile social and video production pod responsible for creating compelling internal, executive, digital, editorial, and external-facing content.

This role is ideal for a seasoned integrated producer who thrives at the intersection of creative execution, team leadership, and operational rigor. You will lead the team’s highest-priority work from initial brief through final delivery while creating the clarity, consistency, and momentum needed to deliver exceptional work at scale.

• Lead and develop a social and video production team, establishing clear workload expectations, production standards, and growth opportunities.
• Personally own high-visibility social and video projects from briefing, planning, and resource allocation through delivery.
• Translate creative briefs into actionable production plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and ownership across the team.
• Partner closely with content creators and creative stakeholders to bring concepts to market while protecting quality, timing, and brand standards.
• Coordinate internal studio resources and external production partners to support project requirements.
• Serve as the escalation point for production risks, dependencies, and complex delivery challenges.
• Manage required legal, compliance, licensing, and substantiation reviews for external-facing content.
• Ensure final assets are accurate, approved, organized, and ready for publishing or stakeholder handoff.
• Provide regular visibility into production capacity, project status, risks, and priorities to operations leadership.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements that reduce handoffs, improve consistency, and accelerate delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment that balances creative excellence with operational discipline.

• 6+ years of experience in integrated production, content production, creative operations, agency production, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading producers, coordinators, editors, or other production professionals.
• A strong portfolio of social, video, digital, or integrated content projects managed from concept through final delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and rapidly shifting deadlines.
• Deep familiarity with creative and production workflows across social content, video, and design.
• Experience working with in-house studios, external vendors, production companies, and creative partners.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving ability.
• Sound judgment and a calm, decisive approach in high-pressure, quick-turn environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive alignment, accountability, and forward progress across teams.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style with a willingness to remain hands-on in the work.
