Customer Service Associate; Bilingual English​/Spanish req

Overview

Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish req) position with Rhodes Wolfe. The role is on-site in Houston, TX, focusing on delivering outstanding support to customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions, helping with orders, subscriptions, and product questions to support customers on their wellness journey.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Resolve order issues, returns, cancellations, and subscription updates
• Guide customers on product use and benefits
• Handle up to 30 calls per day and a high volume of emails
• Provide in-person assistance in the company’s storefront
• Assist with light inventory checks and organization of storefront supplies
• Join daily huddles and stay current on product training
• Record accurate notes on customer interactions
• Stay current on product updates and wellness trends

• 2+ years of call center or phone-based customer service experience
• Experience handling phone queues and email communications
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• CRM software experience
• Actively embrace healthy living

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $17–$20/hour + 5% Annual Bonus
