• Welcome and engage prospects with a friendly, upscale customer‑service approach.
• Conduct high‑quality tours and highlight community value.
• Convert leads into leases and meet weekly leasing goals.
• Respond quickly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk‑ins.
• Prepare leases, renewals, and complete move‑in packets accurately.
• Keep the office and tour path pristine and ready at all times.
• Support resident relations, events, notices, and service requests.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the property management system (Res Man experience is a plus).
• Collaborate closely with the manager and maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly.

• 2+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, hospitality, or sales background.
• Excellent communication skills and polished professional presence.
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast‑moving environment.
• Goal‑driven with strong follow‑up and closing skills.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing.
