We are seeking a Box Office/Ticket Seller to join our team at Punch Line Houston. Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprised of global market leaders:

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of Company policies and procedures
• Balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales
• Assist Manager/Supervisor in reconciliation of cash drawers and ticket stock
• Assist Manager/Supervisor on pricing initiatives
• Provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service both in person and over the phone
• Facilitate night of show Will Call & Guest List Operations
• Troubleshoot night of show issues

Requirements

• Knowledge of Cash Handling
• Knowledge of Phone & In Person Customer Service
• Entry level knowledge of Microsoft Applications
• Flexible schedule (days/nights, weekends and holidays)
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
• High School Diploma
