Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour plus OT

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- 8:45 AM 8:00 PM on weekdays when scheduled
- 9:45 AM Close (around 8:00 PM) on weekends when scheduled
- Weekend and holiday availability required (rotating schedule)
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Follow call scripts and company procedures when handling customer inquiries
- Begin in the call center for training before moving to the front payment center
- Assist customers with payments, account questions, complaints, and issue resolution
- Research customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in the CRM/database
- Provide professional, high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Learn to explain contracts to customers and obtain required signatures (non-sales role)
- Travel between company Gulf and South Houston locations once fully trained
- Attend training sessions to improve product, system, and performance knowledge
- Work closely with team members to support daily operational flow
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and CRM proficiency
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and procedures
- Dependable, professional, and flexible with scheduling
- Team-oriented with a desire for long-term growth and cross-training
- 1 2 years of customer support or call center experience highly preferred
- Experience handling payments, financial transactions, or contracts is a plus
- Experience meeting or exceeding performance metrics or quotas preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to work four 10-hour shifts per week
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
- Must be able to commute to South Houston in the future (3 6 months after hire)
- $15 travel pay when traveling between locations (paid through payroll)
- $50 bonus for working either Saturday or Sunday once hired permanently
- Tiered weekend incentive bonuses available as experience and cross-training increase
