Trainee Travel Agent –
Location:
Dublin. An opportunity has arisen for Trainee Travel Agent to join our team at Club Travel, one of Ireland’s most respected Travel Agencies.
- Providing Travel Management Services to our client base.
- Booking Flights, Hotels, Car Hire, Rail, and other services.
- Conversing with your client by phone and email.
- Seek feedback from your client to continuously improve the service.
- An interest in travel.
- Passion for Travel.
- A strong client focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good organisational skills.
- An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
- A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
